Vadim Zeitlin ea71ea1259 Check for non-null window in wxRendererNative::GetCheckBoxSize() ... Instead of running normally under some platforms and crashing under MSW (when using themes) when passing NULL to GetCheckBoxSize(), now consistently assert and return zero size everywhere.
