Vadim Zeitlin 5f3bca00c0 Skip building tests too if skip_testing flag is set ... Currently it's only used for wxiOS build and the tests don't build there. Also set working-directory for the test building step once instead of using "make -C" option twice.		2021-06-26 16:18:14 +02:00
