Vadim Zeitlin	e43f913313	Remove all blank "Modified by:" lines from top comment blocks Having this line is not useful at all as it doesn't contain any information and shouldn't be filled in the future as git-shortlog can provide the information about people who changed the given file more more reliably than consulting the comments in any case. Vadim Zeitlin	df13791078	Merge wxQT branch into the trunk. This merges in the latest sources from GSoC 2014 wxQt project with just a few minor corrections, mostly undoing wrong changes to common files in that branch (results of a previous bad merge?) and getting rid of whitespace-only changes. Vadim Zeitlin	1b4bff8262	Add minimal support for building non-GUI parts of wxWidgets for Android. Recognize __ANDROID__ in wx/platform.h and include the appropriate headers from wx/android.
