When calling wxSimplebook::ChangeSelection(), the focus remained on the
previous, now hidden, page, unless it was explicitly set to one of the
controls on the new page.
This was completely unexpected as it could result in the user
(inadvertently) changing the values of the already "accepted" controls
on the last page, so don't let this happen and always set the focus to
the new page explicitly, even if this hasn't been done by
ShowWithEffect() which doesn't do it at least under wxMSW.

This resulted in its base class wxNavigationEnabled<wxBookCtrlBase>
being instantiated both in the application itself (when using it
directly) and inside the wx DLLs (when using another class using the
same base class, but defined in the DLL, such as wxAuiNotebook) and gave
linking errors.
Work around this by explicitly defining wxCompositeBookCtrlBase,
corresponding to this base class, ourselves and export it from the DLL
so that it's the single instance which is always used.

Derive wxSimplebook from wxNavigationEnabled<>: this is needed for at
least wxGTK and shouldn't do any harm even for the platforms where TAB
navigation worked even without it, such as wxMSW.

Change m_selection in wxBookCtrlBase::DoSetSelection() itself instead of
requiring all the derived class overriding do it in their overridden
UpdateSelectedPage().
No real changes, this is just a small simplification.
Similar to wxNotebook but even simpler as wxSimplebook doesn't use images.
Also add wxSimplebook::Create() as the version inherited from wxBookCtrlBase
didn't _quite_ work: we need to add wxBK_TOP style to prevent asserts due to
unknown alignment in the base class when creating wxSimplebook.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

This fixes the wrong handling of the selection in wxSimplebook when the
currently selected page was deleted.
Also extend the unit tests to check for this bug.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

This new control allows the program to show one of the several pages without
allowing the user to change them (or even see that there are several of them)
himself.
This class is fully inline, so it doesn't add anything to the library and
hence doesn't need neither wxUSE_SIMPLEBOOK nor the corresponding configure
option.
