Having this line is not useful at all as it doesn't contain any
information and shouldn't be filled in the future as git-shortlog can
provide the information about people who changed the given file more
more reliably than consulting the comments in any case.
Keep the non-blank lines for historical purposes.
This allows to avoid having to call PrepareFormats() manually which was
not only verbose, but also error-prone as proved by the fact that
wxURLDataObject used wxTextURIListDataObject which used g_fileAtom in
its ctor without calling PrepareFormats() first and meant that this
class didn't work correctly unless some other wxDataObject had been
created before it.
Define wxDataFormat::operator==(wxDataFormatId) instead of relying on
the implicit conversion from wxDataFormatId to wxDataFormat, as this
can't be done when the format ID is wxDF_INVALID because creating
wxDataFormat results in an assert failure in this case, while comparing
with wxDF_INVALID is clearly a perfectly valid operation.
Add a unit test checking for this.
Closes#22213.
We still can't avoid defining the overload taking NativeFormat due to an
ambiguity that we would have otherwise between converting from
NativeFormat to wxDataFormat or vice versa when comparing them (it would
have been better to avoid implicit conversions in all directions, of
course, but this is how it was done back in e1ee679c2e (wxDataObejct and
related changes (won't compile right now), 1999-10-21) and it's too late
to change it now), but we can at least define an overload taking
wxDataFormat itself and not wxDataFormatId to make things slightly more
logical and avoid -Wambiguous-reversed-operator clang 12 warnings.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".
